Sending money by phone

To send money to a Receiver in Poland in a quick and simple way, we are offering an option of sending money by phone.
All you need to do is dial the following number

Send money without leaving home in just three steps:

1. 1.Call our Customer Service phone number 020 34 41 1707 to register and order the money transfer
2. 2.Transfer money or make a cash payment into Global Money Express bank account according to the instructions given to you by the consultant
3. 3.You will receive an email confirmation of the transfer

When the money appears in our account, it will be transferred to the bank account of the Receiver indicated by you or paid out in cash over the counter in Bank Pocztowy or Poczta Polska post office branches.
Our Customer Service line is open from Monday to Friday between 10.00 and 18.00 hrs.

For security purposes, all telephone conversations with our customers are recorded.

During each subsequent call to our Customer Services, at the beginning of the call customers will be requested to identify themselves by providing a previously chosen password, date of birth, mother’s maiden name. After this form of identification, the Sender can order another money transfer to Poland.
